Thank you for visiting mid-Michigan's Center for Yoga.  The Center for Yoga is dedicated to the traditional practices of Yoga, taught with integrity and skill. Our intention is to provide the community with a safe and supportive environment for learning, sharing, and healing.

Entering our 17th year, we offer yoga classes in many styles and levels as well as home to a  Pilates studio. Our two locations in Okemos and East Lansing,  are fully equipped studios that offer a wide variety of classes for all student levels, taught by our experienced, well-trained teachers.  Take a yoga class today and start balancing your mind, body, and spirit.

A Day of Health and Healing To Benefit the Mid-Michigan Ronald McDonald House September 27th from 9:00am to 3:30pm
Fall is the perfect time to bring balance to our lives, tone up, get rid of stress, aches and pains, and support our bodies as we transition from the balmy days of summer to the frigid cold of winter. Please join our expert holistic health providers and instructors as we enhance your health and healing processes while helping others who are seeking healing from serious illness. All classes, seminars, and holistic health services are by donation with proceeds to benefit the Ronald McDonalds House.


Along with following scheduled classes and seminars, massage, hot stone therapy, infrared sauna sessions, and cupping will be available throughout the day.
