Things to Consider When Booking a Class

When you are ready to start taking Yoga, there are a number of different things to consider to ensure you are joining the right Yoga class that suits your individual needs.  Here are the three things you need to consider before signing up for a class:

New to Yoga with Ruth Fisk

Level of Yoga:  Whether you are new to Yoga or you have been practicing for a number of years, we have a class that's right for you.  Our dedicated and experienced instructors have the confidence and patience to make sure you get the most out of your Yoga experience.  View more about the various levels of Yoga here.

Specialized Classes:  At the Center for Yoga, we realize that everyone is different and that you may feel more comfortable practicing Yoga with people similar to yourself.  We have a number of specialized classes that are tailored to suit you.  Take a look at some of the unique classes we offer here.
